About Us
The U.S. Preventive Health Program is a group of healthcare professionals dedicated to early detection and prevention of cardiovascular disease using new testing technology that is simple and non-invasive to help improve and maintain cardiovascular health; managed by PreventFirst Community Outreach, Inc. - a 501c3 nonprofit -MBE/DBE/Veteran/Disabled Veteran owned company. We specialize in delivering onsite, comprehensive, affordable, quality health assessment and wellness within reach with focus on the military & Veteran families, underserved, underinsured, and noninsured. As the technology has evolved, participants can finally consult with a doctor or a wellness coach privately from home or office.
The Difference
- We provide diagnostic testing onsite for our participating doctors for the convenient of his or her patients and our participants.
- Our participants can take a doctor or a wellness coach home. They are able to see face to face using their iPod, laptop or personal computer, chat and talk to our physicians anytime, any day and whenever via Skype.
